Mr. Swarn Singh aged 50 years , came to us on August 11,2010 with a C T scan And MRI reports of Meningioma.....A well defined extra axial mass of homogeneous intensity is seen arising from the right frontal convexity , measuring 30*21 mm......after i/v contrast mild degree of oedema is seen...... It was reported that the patient was attacked with fits [ convulsion] several times but during sleep at night. He was then taken to the doctor who advised for CT Scan again and found that initial 22*18*14 mm and was given medicine. The patient developed giddiness and pain over head even after taking medicine , fits occurred in a gap of 1-2 days. lastly he came to us on August 11, 2010. After taking entire history we had given medicine and stopped all he was taking so far. After five days he came with severe headache.Medicine was given and sent back home. Report after one month ;- No more fit has occurred ,no headache but reported of flatulent dyspepsia. Medicine was given for one month again. This treatment continued. There was no more convulsion or headache. On February 7, 2011 he was sent for MRI Brain and report says ;- ...Small mass is seen in right frontal lobe....Mild oedema is seen around mass ........ TUBERCULOSIS {TB } & Our Treatment...indo German Hospital, Khanna

About the Disease Tuberculosis (TB) is a contagious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. When this bacillus is stained with carbol fuchsin it appears purplish red. The bacterium retains this dye even when it is washed with acid and alcohol. That is why it is called acid fast bacillus (AFB). Mycobacterium tuberculosis can remain dormant for many years in the lung without producing disease. The spread of infection The patient with pulmonary TB is the source of infection to others around him, especially when his sputum contains AFB. When such a patient coughs, he expels thousands of tiny droplets around him which have AFB in them. Transmission of infection takes place when those around him breathe this contaminated air. Direct sunlight rapidly destroys AFB, but they can survive for long periods in darkness. Thus the risk of transmission of infection is highest in those persons who stay indoors with such a patient for long periods, e.g. family contacts. The infection is largely spread in the community by patients whose sputum smear is positive for AFB. The chances of a sputum smear negative patient spreading infection are much less, and by those with extrapulmonary TB even lower. The onset of disease 90 percent of the infected adults never develop TB. They remain asymptomatic but Mantoux positive throughout their liver. The rate of progression of infection to disease is highest shortly after exposure to infection and it diminishes progressively as time passes. However, at anytime, weakening of immune responses and stress may cause multiplication and spread of the already present bacteria, resulting in the onset of tuberculous disease. Making a Diagnosis Cough, chest pain and fever are symptoms common to a variety of lung diseases. Most acute respiratory conditions subside within 3-4 weeks. When these symptoms persist for more than 3 weeks or if the patient has haemoptysis, a diagnosis of pulmonary TB must be considered in view of the high prevalence of this disease in our country. The above symptoms may or may not be associated with constitutional symptoms like malaise, loss of appetite and weight, and night sweats. Pulmonary TB does not present with any specific physical signs. It cannot be distinguished from other respiratory disease on the basis of physical examination alone. TB CASE AND OUR TREATMENT..... PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS:- --------- A CASE OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS ,WHO WAS UNDER THE TREATMENT OF CITY BASED GIANT HOSPITAL FOR PREVIOUS ONE AND HALF YEARS.BUT THE PROBLEMS DID NOT QUIT HER.COUGH ,CHEST PAIN , NIGHT TEMPRATURE LOW GRADE AND LOSS OF APPETITE PERSIST. SHE CAME TO US ON THE 20TH NOVEMBER \' 08 FOR OUR TREATMENT. AFTER 14 DAYS IMPROVEMENT ROLLED ON . BUT IN A VERY SLOW PROCESS. HOWEVER THE SPEED ,THE PATIENT BECAME HOPEFUL WITH THE RESULT SHE RECEIVED WITH FOURTEEN DAYS WHICH THE DOMINANT SCHOOL [ ALLOPATHY MEDICINE] COULD NOT SHOW. SHE WAS FINALLY CHECKED ON TH 9TH MARCH,2009 AND FOUND ALL RIGHT AND FREE FROM TUBERCULOSIS . SHE CAME TO US THIS MORNING [ 19 TH OCTOBER ,2009] FOR CHECK UP, WE HAVE CHECKED UP AND FOUND HER ALL FIT.

On the bright side, those lucky enough to locate an experienced practitioner of homeopathy could get some valuable assistance in managing chronic Hepatitis C. About Homeopathy Developed approximately 200 years ago by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, homeopathy is an entire, non-toxic medical system. Using highly diluted pathogens or potentially toxic substances as remedies, a person's immune system or other body response is provoked to treat the root causes of an illness. There is controversy about the field of homeopathy. This is largely because a number of its key concepts are not consistent with our current understanding of science, particularly chemistry and physics. The main theory behind homeopathy is based on the law of similars, also known as "like cures like." The law of similars dates back to the time of Hippocrates, but it also has present day applications – such as vaccinations. Many vaccines involve giving a small dose of the microorganism that causes a specific disease. Consequently, vaccinations stimulate an immune response against that particular microorganism, which protects the vaccine recipient from that illness. In addition, homeopathy operates on the principle of dilutions, also known as the "law of minimum dose." The principle of dilutions states that the lower the dose of the medication, the greater its effectiveness. Most homeopathic remedies are so dilute that no molecules of the healing substance remain; however, in homeopathy, it is believed that the substance has left its imprint or "essence," which stimulates healing. Homeopathic remedies are derived from natural substances that come from plants, minerals or animals. Common remedies include red onion, arnica (mountain herb) and stinging nettle plant. Homeopathy can be used as a preventative and also as a curative treatment in hepatitis. For instance, when viral hepatitis affects a given population (epidemic), it has been evidenced that homeopathic medicines not only reduce the period, or duration, of the illness, but also possible complications. Each epidemic, of course, will have its own homeopathic medicine (called Genus epidemicus). In other words, this medicine works as a specific for the illness, when early symptoms are seen or manifest. During the last epidemic in India, I found the homeopathic remedy Nux Vomica most useful. It not only reduced the length of the illness, but also prevented the illness in people who took the medicine as a prophylactic. Homeopathy does not treat the condition, hepatitis, in isolation. It treats the individual who is bogged down by the illness, on the basis of their constitution (personality) type — because, each of us is unique and present with our own reaction/s to illness. No two individuals, for instance, having the same illness, display the same symptoms — symptoms are distinctive to each individual. Homeopathy takes into account such subtleties, aside from one's temperament, emotions, and physical symptoms — not to speak of one's sensitivities, sensibilities, and also idiosyncrasies.
