Ultrasonography from Sat guru Par tap Singh Apollo hospital reveals Right Ureter consists of ureteric calculus with dilation of ureter. Kidney Function Test: - Blood Urea and S.Creatinine was high increased . Liver Function Test: - unbelievably Alkaline Phosphatase raised to 2543.0 U/L On examination he was in a state of acute renal failure with acute hepatitis He was absolutely bed ridden and appetite lost completely. He couldn’t drink a tumbler full of water and also couldn’t sit up bed even with assistance. He was under catheterization. He was habitual drinker. After taking one dose of medicine he got up in the morning and took tea & biscuit. Thereafter he asked for food and in the evening he stood up and walked inside the room.On the following day the stone of the ureter came out with the flow of urine in the urinal.Bilirubin started reducing and after 22 days his serum bilirubin came to normal. After two months he regained his normal appetite and stated taking meat which he aws very found of. After that within two and half months he came to his normal life
